Scott Tilley
Candidate for Area D Director
Roberts Creek
Stop Reacting. Start Governing.
I am running to strengthen the office of Area D Director and help Roberts Creek move from reactive government toward deliberate, accountable government.
Establish what we are protecting, build the monitoring needed to understand its condition, and pursue the appropriate protections.
Modernize our planning framework while preserving meaningful local participation and the character of Roberts Creek.
Move from studying water supply to delivering dependable new sources with clear milestones, costs and public reporting.
Build on existing planning with a clear long-term service, staffing, equipment and capital plan residents can understand.
Reduce what goes to landfill and bring unresolved questions such as curbside recycling to an evidence-based conclusion.
Plan their future deliberately, understand their legal protections and involve the community before major changes are effectively committed.
